This instrument uses powers in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 to correct deficiencies, which arise as a result of the UK leaving the European Union, to legislation that implements the Environmental Impact Assessment, Management of Waste from Extractive Industries and Hazardous Substances regimes in Northern Ireland.  Deficiencies are corrected in the following pieces of legislation:

  • The Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, S.R. 2015 No.62
