To ask the Minister of Justice, following the recent High Court ruling that the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland exceeded her legal powers in making findings of collusive behaviour by RUC officers in a series of loyalist paramilitary murders, what steps she will take to uphold public confidence in that office.
