Review of Costs: Display of Flags and Emblems Bill

Synopsis: Seeking to support Northern Ireland Assembly scrutiny, this Review of Costs addresses key potential “public purse” implications arising from the Display of Flags and Emblems Bill, if enacted and implemented as introduced.
