Agreed: The Committee agreed that the “Report on the Dilapidation Bill” be the 5th Report of the Committee for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs.
Agreed: The Committee was content for the report to be laid in the Business Office and published on the Committee webpages; and to copy the Bill report to the Minister of AERA in advance of the Consideration Stage of the Bill.
The Chair stated that the Committee stage of the Dilapidation Bill was concluded and thanked Members and the Assembly Secretariat for their contributions throughout the scrutiny process.
