Media Operational Notice
Important Information About Assembly Media Passes

Current Assembly Media Passes (regular and correspondent) are due to expire on 31 May 2018.
Please note that in order to acquire a new media pass, permanent pass holders will be required to complete, sign and return a Code of Conduct form. This form can be found in Section 13 of the Northern Ireland Assembly Media Handbook. Please also read the Media Pass Privacy Notice at Section 12, which explains how we will hold and process the information you provide to us. Alternatively, you may call in person to the Communications Office to complete and sign the required forms
Please note that the requirement to sign the Code of Conduct will also apply to Media Day Pass holders. However, those members of the media who use Media Day Passes should only bring a signed form with them on their next visit to the Northern Ireland Assembly. The forms will also be available at the front reception area from Friday 1 June 2018.
