The Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for Education will hold its next meeting at the Greenmount Campus, Antrim on Wednesday 28 May 2014.
Members will join pupils from Straid Primary School, Ballyclare to take part in an RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) event which aims to give children a greater connection to wildlife and nature.
The Committee will hear from the British Council in Northern Ireland on educational funding opportunities through the European Union and from departmental officials on the Department for Education’s current financial situation.
