Plant Health (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations make technical corrections to Northern Ireland's secondary domestic legislation arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. The domestic legislation transposes EU Directives protecting plant health, marketing of seed, propagating material and other legislation relating to plant health.
