Department of Health - Extension to Neurology Recall Cohort 3

Mr Swann (The Minister of Health): On 9 June 2022, I made a Written Assembly Statement on the latest and final phase of the Neurology Patient Recall. The Belfast Trust has now advised my Department that a further 19 patients have been identified as falling within Cohort 3 of the Recall. The Trust is currently making arrangements for review appointments for these additional patients to take place as soon as possible.

I am providing this statement today as a courtesy to Members and to ensure the Assembly is kept fully up to date.
