The Minister of Finance, Mr Conor Murphy, moved the Second Stage of the Budget (No. 3) Bill (NIA Bill 09/17-22).

Debate ensued.

The sitting was suspended at 12.59pm.

The sitting resumed at 2.00pm, with the Speaker in the Chair.
