Thank you for your letter dated 11 November 2020 in relation to our inquiry into the ‘LandWeb Project and Digital Transformation’. The Committee considered this correspondence on 19 November, and have requested clarification on the areas marked ‘commercially sensitive’ for the purposes of publication in its forthcoming report. Members would be grateful for some guidance on what is deemed ‘commercially sensitive’ and the reasons why, particularly in relation to figures provided by other departments and Annexe D.
