Inquiry into Victims and Witnesses of Crime

Call for Evidence

The Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for Justice is holding an inquiry into the criminal justice services available to victims and witnesses of crime in Northern Ireland.

The aim of the Inquiry is:

to identify the outcomes that the Department of Justice’s proposed new strategy for victims and witnesses of crime should deliver and make recommendations on the priorities and actions that need to be included in the plan to achieve these.

Any organisation or individual with an interest in this Inquiry is invited to submit evidence to the Committee by e-mail to committee.justice@niassembly.gov.uk or by post to:

Committee Clerk, Room 242 Parliament Buildings, Ballymiscaw, Stormont, Belfast BT4 3XX.

The evidence must be structured to address the specific terms of reference of the Inquiry.
