Committee for Justice Meeting - 17 September 2014

The Committee for Justice met on 17 September at 2.00pm in Room 21 Parliament Buildings when the Committee took evidence from the Bar Council for Northern Ireland and the Law Society for Northern Ireland on proposals to change the Crown Court Remuneration arrangements.

The Committee considered the Delegated Powers Memorandum and written evidence received in relation to its call for evidence on The Justice Bill. The Committee also considered a written update on a possible Legislative Consent Motion in relation to the National Crime Agency and additional amendments to the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Further Provisions and Support for Victims) Bill.
