Committee for Justice Meeting - 04 February 2015
The Committee for Justice met on Wednesday 4 February 2015, at 2.00pm in Room 21, when the Committee received evidence from the Attorney General on the Justice Bill and on proposals for the creation of a new criminal offence of Police Corruption for PSNI Officers.
The Minister of Justice then briefed the Committee on the Department of Justice’s response to the findings and recommendations of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Northern Ireland.
The Committee then received oral evidence from Department for Justice officials on Part 4 of the Justice Bill which relates to Victims and Witnesses.
