Schools Visit

On Wednesday 9 November 2011 the Education Committee visited a number of schools in south Belfast - Fleming Fulton, Harberton, Glenveagh and Oakwood.  Committee Members enjoyed the opportunity to meet pupils and staff as they were shown the specialist facilities in the four schools and witnessed the holistic approach to the care provided to the children and young people.

The visit was an opportunity to discuss with Principals and staff the issues affecting schools providing for pupils with special educational needs.
