Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Bill

Please note that the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Bill will fall upon dissolution of the Assembly on 26 January 2017.

A letter was issued to stakeholders advising them that the Bill would fall. 

The Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Bill was formally introduced in the Northern Ireland Assembly on 19 September 2016.  Following approval by the Assembly at Second Stage, the Bill was then referred to the Committee for Communities which has responsibility for the Committee Stage of the Bill.
