TIMSS and PISA

Synopsis: The Trends in International Maths and Science Study (TIMSS) and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) are international research projects conducted every four and three years respectively. The studies aim to allow an international comparison of student performance and analysis of trends over time. This briefing note considers a number of findings from the two studies undertaken in 2015.
