Agreed: The Committee agreed the Minutes of the meeting of 13 April 2010

(a) Correspondence issued
The Committee noted the correspondence issued since the meeting of 13 April 2010.

The Committee noted the correspondence received since the meeting of 13 April 2010.
Agreed: The Committee noted c orrespondence from the Department in respect of the Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations ( Northern Ireland) 2010 and agreed to progress this matter to the legislative stage.
Agreed: The Committee agreed the press release regarding the Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
Agreed: The Committee noted correspondence from the Clerk to the Environment Committee confirming that the Minister for the Environment has accepted an invitation from Committee to allow NIEA to present to the Committee and agreed that the Clerk of the Committee should schedule this into a forthcoming meeting.

5. SL1: The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulation ( Northern Ireland) 2010 and
SL1: The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations ( Northern Ireland) 2010.
Members considered SL1:The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulation ( Northern Ireland) 2010and noted that the Ulster Farmers Union have verbally indicated that they are content with this matter.
Agreed: Members agreed that SL1:The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulation ( Northern Ireland) 2010should progress to the next legislative stage.
