Christmas tabling arrangements

Members should note the arrangements for the tabling of items in the Business Office during December. 

In light of the closure of the building for the period from 25 December 2023 to 1 January 2024 (inclusive), the Speaker has agreed that the deadline for submitting questions before Christmas will be 3pm, and for motions and amendments 4pm, on Thursday 21 December 2023.  Members may resume submitting questions, motions and amendments from 9am on Monday 8 January 2024. 

Other than those days when Parliament Buildings is closed, the Business Office shall remain open daily during this period from 10.00am to 4.00pm.  Queries can be made via email to Business.Office@niassembly.gov.uk or by telephone to ext. 21447.

MEETING OF THE ALL PARTY GROUP ON HOMELESSNESS

A meeting of the All Party Group on Homelessness has been arranged to take place on Monday January 15 2024 between 13:00 and 14:15 in Room 29.

The group will hear from senior representatives of the Housing Executive on the 2023/4 budget for the organisation.
