NIA Survey of Services 2014

We are currently seeking the views of Assembly Members and their support staff on services provided to them by the Assembly Secretariat.  The 2014 survey will only be issued electronically.  A link to the online questionnaire can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9HTXCTM and should only take about 5 – 10 minutes to complete.

While we have asked you to provide your name for monitoring purposes, the survey is anonymous and no information will be made available, in any report, that allows individuals to be identified.

The information provided will inform any changes that may be necessary to improve the services you receive and so your participation would be very much appreciated.

This year we are also conducting interviews with a small sample of Members.  If selected for interview, you will be approached by an Assembly researcher.  Your participation would be greatly appreciated.
