I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 2 October 2023 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In your request, you asked:

“I would like to request a copy of the briefing papers presented to the Committee for Agriculture and Rural Affairs on 24th June 2014 that should include the Lough Neagh Cross-departmental Working Group Report.”

The Assembly Commission holds the information that you have requested. Please find the information attached at Appendices A & B (separate).
