“Under the Freedom of Information Act - How many of those MLAs who voted in favour of this legislation drink alcohol, or have associations with the hospitality industry?”

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) does not hold information on whether Members do or do not drink alcohol.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Assembly Commission is not required to provide information that is already available in a form accessible by the public.

The Assembly Commission may publish details of your FOI request and our official response within the organisational disclosure log.
