I can confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) holds some information relevant to your request of 15 June 2021. In your request you asked for the following information:

Most learning events are outsourced to external providers but delivered on an individual basis and therefore not bound by contractual arrangements. All procurement guidelines are adhered to in sourcing and selecting providers to deliver services. |
NICS – CAL (LiNKS Platform) – this is an LMS for the Northern Ireland Civil Service with which the Assembly Commission has an SLA to deliver e-learning solutions to Assembly Commission staff. |
