I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission “(Assembly Commission)” does not hold the information, which you requested on 12 June 2020. In your request you asked for the following information:
“I wish to have made known, any current or future plans, either on situ, in operation, or future thereof, the following devices or technologies:
-
- 5th Generation Cells or Cell Towers (operating at frequencies between 5GHz to 60+GHz)
- Street Lights (LED's) operating at frequencies beyond 6GHz
- WiGiG (IEEE 802. 11ad) Access Points (AP's) used for Wireless Internet Access
This applies to ALL premises, streets, buildings, and devolved structures, including Roads and Street Lighting structures, government and council buildings, and any state run Care facilities”
This information is not held by the Assembly Commission. Information regarding the Northern Ireland government is a matter for the Northern Ireland Executive or individual Government Departments.
