I can confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission holds information relevant to your request of 20 March 2019, in relation to the information provided to you in response to your previous request (FOI 05-19) regarding the contract to provide TV and audio coverage of NI Assembly proceedings. In your request of 20 March 2019 you asked for the following information:

"1. Can I ask for a monthly breakdown of the figures over the 2 years 16/17 & 17/18?"

2. Also, can I ask if you have any more (monthly) recent figures than summer 2018? Even until the end of 2018?

3. Was the spend during the RHI inquiry as it would have been, whether the inquiry was being covered or not?"

"1. Can I please have a monthly breakdown of the two years of figures that were provided 16/17 & 17/18."

Total for Year 1 for the period 10 July 2016 - 9 July 2017: £398,256

Monthly figure: £33,188

Total for Year 2 for the period 10 July 2017 – 9 July 2018: £373,002

Monthly figure: £31,083

"2. Are there are any more recent figures than summer 2018 even until the end of 2018?"

Total for Year 3 for the period 10 July 2018 – 31 March 2019: £226,246

"3. Was the spend during the RHI inquiry as it as it would have been, whether the inquiry was being covered or not?"

As this is a hypothetical question it is not possible to identify information held which may be relevant to the request.
