I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 30 October 2025 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). In your request, you asked:

“Under FOI, can I be provided with any audit reports which have been compiled by Ernst and Young which contain details of any auditing of Assembly Travel Allowance forms submitted by MLAs for the years 2022/23 and 2023/24.”
