Freedom of Information Act 2000

I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 8 November 2024 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). In your request, you asked:

"Under Freedom of Information I would like to request the following information:

The duration, purpose and total cost of all trips outside Northern Ireland taken by the Clerk to the Assembly/Chief Executive; Director of Parliamentary Services; and Director of Corporate Services during the past five years up to October 31, 2024."

 

Our response

The Assembly Commission holds information in relation to your request as outlined in Appendix A linked below.

The duration, purpose and total cost of all trips outside Northern Ireland taken by the Clerk / Chief Executive and the Director of Parliamentary Services for the past five years up to 31 October 2024 is summarised in Appendix A. The Director of Corporate Services had no expenditure on travel outside Northern Ireland within the period in question.
