1. WELCOME

The President congratulated Members on their election to the Executive Committee and welcomed them to the first meeting of the new Committee.

2. MINUTES OF THE MEETING 10 June 2002

The minutes of the meeting of 10 June 2002 will be tabled at the next meeting of the Executive Committee after the summer recess.

3. MATTERS ARISING

Flights to CPA Plenary Conference Namibia, September 2002

The President asked Members to note the cost of Flexible Business Class, Restricted Business Class and Economy Class flights to Namibia. Members deliberated and AGREEDon a four to two majority vote that the cheapest Flexible Business Class ticket should be used for travel to the Namibia Conference.
