These statutory instruments amend existing domestic secondary legislation, which  itself amends retained European Union (“EU”) legislation relating to the Common  Agriculture Policy (“CAP”) to enable it to work effectively after the UK’s withdrawal  from the EU.   

The amendments make minor corrections to these instruments, including relating to  transitional arrangements after EU Exit, to ensure  that the instruments are able to  function as intended, removing ambiguities and inconsistencies.
