This instrument makes a number of technical changes to existing instruments and  takes into account recent changes to EU legislation that were settled in the EU too late  to be included in earlier EU Exit SIs. It also corrects minor errors in earlier EU Exit statutory instruments. It will ensure that retained EU law continues to operate effectively after the UK leaves the EU.
