Pension Schemes Bill

Synopsis: The Pension Schemes Bill was introduced in the Northern Ireland Assembly by the Minister for Communities on 23 June 2020. The Bill mirrors the provisions of the Westminster Pensions Act 2017 which introduced a new regulatory framework for master trusts and sought to regulate unfair member-borne commissioning charges and early exit charges.
