Rules and Arrangements governing All-Party Groups in the Northern Ireland Assembly and other UK Parliaments/Assemblies

Synopsis: In response to a request for research from the Committee on Standards & Privileges, this paper provides an up-to-date overview and cross-comparison of the rules and arrangements that currently underpin the operation of All-Party Groups/Cross-Party Groups in the Northern Ireland Assembly, Scottish Parliament, National Assembly for Wales, and the UK Parliament.
