Water & Sewerage Services Bill

The Water and Sewerage Services Bill was introduced into the Assembly on the 16th June 2015. The Bill successfully completed its Second Stage on 29th June 2015. The Bill has been referred to the Committee for Regional Development for its Committee Stage.

The Committee put out a call for evidence to all interested parties in order to assist it with the scrutiny of the Bill. The closing date for submissions was Friday 4th September 2015.
