Health and Social Care (Amendment) Bill - Call for Evidence

The Health and Social Care (Amendment) Bill was formally introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly on 16 September 2013 and received its Second Reading on 24 September 2013. The Bill has now been referred to the Committee for Health, Social Services & Public Safety which has responsibility for the Committee Stage of the Bill.

The Committee therefore wishes to hear views from all interested parties in order to assist it with the scrutiny of the Bill.

Any organisation or individual with an interest in this consultation is invited to submit evidence to the Committee by e-mail to committee.hssps@niassembly.gov.uk or by post to:

Your written submission should be structured to address specific clauses and schedules of the Bill and, if appropriate, should include any amendments you wish to propose to the text.
