1. Introduction and Apologies
1.1 Apologies were noted from Mr P Maskey.
2. Minutes of the meeting held on 20 March 2012
2.1 The minutes of the meeting held on 20 March were agreed and signed by the Acting Chairperson.
3. Matters arising
3.1 There were no matters arising.
4. Finalisation of Order Paper for Plenary meetings week commencing 16 April 2012
Executive Business
4.1 Members noted that no additional Executive Business had been scheduled.
Committee Business
4.2 Members noted that no Committee Business had been requested.
Private Members’ Business
4.3 Members noted that there were no changes to the Private Members’ Business previously scheduled.
4.4 The Order Papers were agreed.
5 Provisional arrangements for Plenary meetings in week commencing 23 April 2012
Executive Business
5.1 Members noted that, DE, DEL, OFMDFM and DETI Question Times had been scheduled for Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 April, along with the Further Consideration Stage of the Pensions Bill.
Committee Business
5.2 Members noted that no Committee Business had been requested.
Private Members’ Business
5.3 Members agreed to postpone the consideration of any Private Members’ Business until the next meeting and, given the intervening Easter recess, further agreed not to issue provisional Order Papers.
6. Any Other Business
6.1 The Acting Chairperson referred members to a letter from the First Minister and deputy First Minister requesting an exchange of Question Time slot on 30 April with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on 8 May. The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister will take the first slot on 8 May. Members approved the exchange.
7. Date and Time of next meeting
7.1 Members agreed to meet at approximately 12.30pm on Tuesday 17 April 2012 in Room 106.
The Acting Chairperson brought the meeting to a close at 12.39pm.
