Ad Hoc Joint Committee on the Mental Capacity Bill - Call for Evidence

The Mental Capacity Bill was introduced into the Assembly on 8 June 2015. It is anticipated that the Committee Stage will begin in mid June 2015.

The Ad Hoc Joint Committee would welcome your views/comments on the contents of the Bill.  Written evidence should be submitted, preferably by e-mail to: mentalcapacitybill@niassembly.gov.uk

Your written submission must be structured to address the specific clauses/schedule of the Bill and, if appropriate, should include any amendments you wish to propose to the text. You will wish to note that your submission (either in whole or part) will be published on the Committee website.
