Reminder of Arrangements for All Party Notices
All Party Notices (APNs) are issued by the Business Office to inform Members about matters relating to the business of the Assembly, including notifications from the Speaker, and about arrangements for meetings of All Party Groups.
Information about other matters, or about events arranged by Members, will not be included in an APN.
Notwithstanding any exceptional circumstances, only one APN will issue each day. The deadline for submitting information to the Business Office for inclusion in an APN is 4.00pm. All items of information submitted will be included in the daily APN, which will issue via email to all Members and party support staff as soon as possible after the deadline has passed.
APN templates relating to meetings of All Party Groups, including for the Annual Election of Office Bearers, are available on Assist. You will find them under ‘Assembly Business’ with the other Business Office ‘Online Forms’. They should be submitted to the Business Office via email at email@example.com.
Please note that APNs about APGs will only include the information set out in the template. No other attachments are permitted. It will be for the contact person for the APG to circulate any other relevant information directly to the members of the group (e.g. agendas, letters, briefing papers, etc.).
