BR-050-2017 Telephony Project for the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission
(incorporating the Voice Over Internet Protocol, Unified Communications and SIP Infrastructure)
The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (NIAC) requires a Service Provider to provide a modern, resilient Voice over IP and Unified Communications solution across a SIP trunking infrastructure (VoIP/UC and SIP system).
The core requirements include:
- the design of an appropriate system incorporating VoIP and unified communications;
- the delivery and installation of the necessary hardware and software (including user testing);
- the supply, delivery and installation of SIP trunking infrastructure;
- the training of users including knowledge transfer to technical users; and
- maintenance and support for system.
Completed Candidate Selection Questionnaires must be received by 16:00hrs 29th October 2019
The contract is expected to be in place for a period of 4 years (with a potential of 3 x 24 month extensions) and will commence in first half of 2020.
