Assembly Information Goes Mobile

A new website, especially developed for viewing on mobile phones was launched by the Northern Ireland Assembly today.  The site http://m.niassembly.gov.uk/ has made it easier than ever to access information about the work of the Assembly and its Committees.

The new service provides quick links to up-to-date information on MLAs, the business diary, plenary questions and votes in the Chamber.

Use the mobile site to:

• Learn who your MLAs are - search by party, constituency and by name;
• Discover what is being discussed in the Chamber by checking out the business diary;
• Search which Ministers are in the hot seat for Question Time; and
• Find out how your MLA voted on a particular issue.

The mobile site will also provide you with a link to all the latest news at the Assembly via its Press Releases section.
