Campbell Tickell Report: Section 44 Notice
The Chairperson: We need to take a decision on our approach to obtaining the draft Campbell Tickell report. The Committee discussed this in closed session. We took legal advice, and we have asked the Speaker to issue a section 44 notice on the Housing Executive with respect to the Committee getting access to the draft report. I formally ask the Committee to agree that.
Members indicated assent.
The Chairperson: Thank you. We have also decided to write to Campbell Tickell to advise them accordingly. Are members also agreed on that action?
